BOARD MEETINGS - We hold meeting the third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at Hillcrest Baptist Church. This meeting is open to all Tiffany Park homeowners. The purpose of the meeting is for the board committees to report and for residents to raise issues and present suggestions. We encourage interested homeowners to attend.

LANDSCAPING PROGRESS - We are moving ahead with our landscaping master to plan along Copperfield Drive to enhance the appeareance and value of the neighborhood. This month we added ten new live oak trees and improved the planting beds at the corner of Tiffany Park Circle and Copperfield.We fund the project with a combination of our annual maintenance fees and a city grant that provides up to $5,000 in matching funds.

When we have the funds available, we will continue to plant more trees and install more irrigation to support additional landscaping along the entire length of Copperfield Drive adjacent to Tiffany Park.
