- OCTOBER 2007 TIFFANY PARK NIGHT OUT - Event date to be announced

- COMMON VIOLATIONS:

  • Section 2.06J - No garage, or any portion thereof, shall be enclosed and used as part of the living area of the dwelling. Outbuildings will conform to the base covenants (no metal sheds)
  • Section 2.06R - Campers, mobile homes, boats, trailers, etc., may not be parked on any lot unless concealed from public view. Such vehicles may be parked temporarily for loading and/or cleaning for 36 hours in one seven day period.
  • Section 2.06S - Vehicles may not be parked on the street overnight.
  • Section 2.06P - Trash containers should be kept out of sight except on trash pick-up days.
  • Section 2.06W - Poles, flagpoles, masts, antennas of any type, size or height shall not be visible from the street. Temporary flags for special events are excepted.
  • Section 2.06U - All fences shall be brick, wrought iron or wood construction.
  • Section 2.05A - Any improvements, storage buildings, or exterior construction must be submitted and approved by the board.
  • Section 2.05B - Minimum landscaping requirements for front yards will require 2 trees and shrubbery valued no less than $500.00.
  • Section 4.01A - Prompt removal of all litter, trash, refuse and waste. (Grass clippings included).
  • Section 4.01B - Keeping all lawn and garden areas alive and attractive, properly mowed, trimmed, watered and fertilized, and free of weeds and vegetation destroying insects.
